This was the best meal I've had in my life. Sure, it was also one of the priciest meals I've had in my life, but honestly, it was good value for the price. The menu itself was only 6 courses, but I was given many extra courses throughout the evening, including a dessert to go. Every bite was wonderful. Dishes were not too salty or heavily spiced so the flavor of the ingredients were really able to shine out. The different flavors in each dish complemented each out well....
Probably the best dinner I've ever had. The splurge was worth it for our anniversary celebration. Friendly and kind wait staff, food was delicious and you can't beat the views. I loved how this fancy dining experience also wasn't at all pretentious. We'll be back!
Located just outside of Banff, this 5 diamond experience does not disappoint! Staff is attentive, knowledgeable and able to assist you with whatever dining needs you may have. We never waited for drinks or water and as each dish came out we were given the story and journey of each. The view of nearby mountains is a focal point an each table is oriented around windows so you can dine with the most spectacular view. Food was delicious and each course was unique and delectable.
