Nice cafe along the main strip of Banff. They have a huge menu of drinks and tons of selection of food. On top of that they sell a lot of other items that relate to coffee, tea, and cups. Very spacious and the staff was friendly and efficient. Overall really good place.

It's trying to be a proper coffee place, it has all the trappings, but no one knows how to make a good espresso, not helped by their bean choice. If you're like most people in this part of the world and just want caffeine in some vaguely palatable form this will be fine, but if you want real coffee, keep walking

We stopped at this place for hot chocolate after hiking Tunnel mountain for sunrise on Dec 27 with -20C degree. It was the most delicious hot chocolate we have ever had. The chocolate flakes made an huge difference. It not only melted our hearts but also brought our frozen bodies back.
The staff there were very nice and welcoming.
Highly recommend this place for a cup of hot chocolate especially in winter.

Wanted to leave a review because they took extra time to make the hot chocolate a good temperature for my young daughter!
Overpriced and overrated. Cold ham and cheese sandwich. Maple spice latte, had no flavor at all. Frustrating that they sell their mugs for $18.99, but you can't even get a decent, pretty mug with your coffee. Chicken pesto panine was OK, but definitely not worth the $14.75. Service and atmosphere was great.

My wife ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte, no flavour at all. Her carrot Cake was okay. My Caramel Macchiato was what I expected. It was good. But my Apple Pie tasted like dry cinnamon with hardly any sweetness. Also, my pie was given to a guest that ordered after me. I had to ask when mine was coming.
