Best place to have coffee in Banff!The only place we found that used skim milk! It was an absolute relief. Cakes, scones etc might be pricey but definitely not dearer than anywhere else in Banff.Lovely customer service and they also sell a few souvenirsThey saved my life whilst staying in town for the week!Thank you to all who work there for being happy, friendly and making dam good coffee!

Nice coffee - gave me a large instead of regular as they made a fresh brew and I waited a few minutes.Lovely inside, like the tiles.Helpful staff, nice cake, sunny position sitting outside. Will return!

Came about a month ago and had a lovely blonde girl serve me I forget her name she said she was from ontario and made me an excellent hot chocolate and latte! She was also working with a short brunette girl who was very nice and talkative! Amazing service and super pretty drinks! Had high hopes returning this past week but wasn't as impressed. Servers were much less bubbly and the energy of people and music were more depressing. Still good drinks but didn't have that above and beyond service that I loved. Cute spot!

the worst Flat White I've had in years.possibly because they were closing in 30 minutes and this also made it clear that the coffee machine had already been cleaned, I think you clean after closing time when you have served all customersalso asked for an extra shot which had no influence on the strength of the coffee at allthe milk was made way too hot, causing the milk to overpower the coffee.emptied the cup in the toilet of the hotel room.the staff was busier cleaning than serving the customer in a decent manner where you also paid a high priceI can’t reply on the reaction from Evelyn’sI appreciate your reaction and the refund .We are now in the Netherlands but when we are in Banff again we will come back to have a better experience.

I would rate it higher but the coffee prices are a little outrageous. Black coffee was three bucks for a small, which isn't terrible but it's no refills... That's a little steep for some bean water!My coffee cake was really good.

The Irish server had a Tom Selleck mustache to be proud off and made a delightful coffee what more could u ask for maybe some upbeat music to add to the atmosphere is all but top spot.
Le café était bon mais manque grandement de variété pour un magasin de café. Je m’attendais a voir des sortes de café différents d’un Mc’do ou Tim Hortons . La caissière ne m’as jamais redonné mon change du paiement, un oubli? Peut-être, mais ne devrais certainement pas arriver. La qualité des produits est bonne mais ne vous attendez pas a des cafés sophistiqués.

I came into Evelyn's the other day after being at sunshine all day. It was my first time there and I have to say its my new favorite coffee spot in town. One of the employees I believe her name was Hannah helped me and she made the experience that much better, very funny, positive and nice.Would recommend

Highly disappointed ?? I googled “best hot chocolate in banff” and this was one of the first spots to pop up so we went with high hopes! what they gave us was literally just dollar store swiss miss in a cup - save yourself the trip and go

This is a coffee shop. Unlike Tim Hortons. Clean, good service and good atmosphere. We always stop here when we are in town. After day of touring around we stop here to end our day. we have a coffee and play a game of crib. Leah was very good to us. Very pleasant to talk to. I forget the name of the other staff who served us the first day, but she was very pleasant as well. We even get Evelyn's coffee in our hotel room.
