Magnificent property and hotel. One of the true jewels of the Banff area. Highly recommend
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont Banff Springs, and let me tell you, it was absolutely awesome. We stayed on July 2, and were unexpectedly upgraded to a one bedroom suite with beautiful views from every window. You just can’t beat the excellent customer service here. They bend over backwards to make sure your stay is perfect in every way. We can’t wait to come back here again. This was our second stay and looking forward to the next.

The Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel is a luxurious and picturesque destination nestled in the breathtaking Canadian Rockies. The hotel's grand architecture and panoramic views of towering mountains create a stunning setting, resembling a castle in the wilderness. Known for exceptional service, the Fairmont Banff Springs consistently exceeds guests' expectations, making every stay memorable. The hotel's Rundle Bar offers a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere, an outstanding liquor selection, and top-quality cocktails, including perfectly made whiskey sours. Guests can also enjoy the hotel's proximity to downtown Banff, with easy access to trails and transportation options. The outdoor heated pool provides breathtaking views, and the food, particularly the chicken rice bowl at the Rundle Bar, receives frequent praise. Dining at 1888 Chop House is excellent, featuring a well-curated menu with land and sea options. Visitors often comment on the beautiful location and friendly, professional staff. The resident barman, Dax, is known for providing excellent service at the outdoor pool. Guests appreciate the amenities, though some mention that the steam rooms and saunas could use renovation and that they would prefer co-ed facilities. Overall, whether relaxing in the lavish rooms with amazing views of Mt. Rundle, enjoying drinks at the Rundle Bar, or exploring the beautiful surroundings, the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and luxury, making it a destination that guests want to return to.
