We've made a tradition of visiting Farm and Fire every year during our trips to Banff, but unfortunately, this visit left us disappointed. Despite having a reservation, we waited nearly 30 minutes to be seated without any acknowledgment or apology. Our server seemed rushed and didn't even ask if we'd like anything to drink when taking our order. I had the Holy Cow bowl and my friend had the Avocado Toast. We both thoroughly enjoyed our dishes. Got sat on the patio and it was a bit quieter than inside the dining area, which was really nice.
▪️peach mule: so good ▪️ potato and goat cheese croquettes: they were OK, but definitely reminded me of Christmas between the spices and the sauce ▪️rainbow trout: they didn't have the trout so they substituted for salmon, which is fine, and that the sides for the dish we're pretty tasty ▪️ Darin was my server and he was so lovely, attentive and funny
