We had the shrimp scampi which was nice and spicy. I had the boar chop and my wife had the chicken . Both were excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant
Loved the meatballs but the spaghetti was over cooked and seemed warmed up. Same think for the ravioli....good flavour but chewy and seemed warmed up. Was much better our last time dining there.
Everything was amazing! From our table right beside the fireplace, fantastic service, incredible food! This place nails it. The vibe is bustling, unpretentious sophistication. Cool art and simple but gorgeous decor. Loved absolutely everything about our experience. Thank you to all who made our evening wonderful.
We have a very nice dinner and service was great. Our waiter did an outstanding job. We would go there again when we come to Banff.
We really enjoyed our first visit here! Started with a bottle of wine. The cheapest red wine was $73, so I would like to see a few cheaper bottles, but we opted for a bottle anyways and it was delicious! Started with the Venison Carpaccio which was phenomenal. I usually like to have some crusty bread with it, but didn't miss it here. We then each had a pasta... the Spagetti & Meatballs and Shrimp Fazzoletti. Obviously the spaghetti was amazing, as the elk meatballs are legit. The fazzoletti (handkerchief) pasta was so rich, delicious, and had tons of shrimp. We ended with the Sticky Toffee Pudding. Honestly it was a little dry and sweet, but my husband still scarfed it down. Service and management was top tier and the restaurant was beautiful (although the lights by the bar are insanely bright, so I was glad we were sat farther away from the area).
Our server was amazing, super attentive and very knowledgeable. Kids menu was great, the kids rigatoni bolognese was delicious. The espresso martini did not disappoint! Will definitely be back next time we are in Banff :)
Love the venue, great wine list. The food was good except the didn't make the carbonara properly and it was separated. The server asked if we wanted it remade but we had eaten a bunch and didn't want the kitchen to remake cause we couldn't eat it. I figured they would compensate but we paid full prices for it. Update: I double checked the bill and there was a $4.20 discount on the 28$ dish.
Great food, customer service and ambiance. I highly recommend this place for an intimate meal or to hold a special event.
Loved every second of our first, and not last dinner experience for my friends birthday! Thank you! Looking forward to coming back. Service was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, food was outstanding, as well as the drinks.

We had a very large conference group for a dinner seating. Stu the owner was amazing to work with and I was excited to eat here. The group size was 20 + which was accommodated well for seating . Unfortunately the results were very underwhelming. A group of 4 of us shared the Lobster risotto , but having to get one person in the group to crack the entire lobster out and then all of us share it was unappetizing and messy especially with a very high cost of over $100 . We shared a lot of wine and somewhere along the way the type of wine was switched to a more expensive bottle , which would have not been a problem had we been informed and also provided new glasses as to not dirty and mix the wines together . For myself I left hungry which was disappointing . Our server was very good and handled the large group well but then got a bit grumpy when the wine switch was asked about and really had no answer for us as to why it had happened . The atmosphere was very nice but for me it wasn’t the best I’ve had in Banff .

The atmosphere was nice and we arrived with high hopes.
We ordered our drinks and my husbands beer came out quickly but took 20 min for my glass of wine to be poured.
We ordered gnocchi, carbonara and roasted carrots. None of the dishes were memorable and all were very average tasting.
We asked for chicken to be added on to the gnocchi, and the server forgot to add it to the order. He assured us it would be right out but we waited so long, by the time it arrived the rest of our meal was cold.
We were finished our drinks before our food arrived and we were never asked if we would like another drink, not even our water was refilled. The prices are way too much for what you get and the service left a lot to be desired.
The chicken was removed from our bill. Dessert was offered on the house which we appreciated but declined.

Good, server and restaurant were amazing! Will definitely be back! We had the brunch, our party if 4 all raved about the food!
Alright, so it was good but not like... AMAZING for what it was. We ordered the oysters (came with 6), gnocchi, and the stacked fries, plus 2 drinks and our bill was around $100 (to be expected). Frankly, I've had way better oysters, way better gnocchi and way better fries? It felt tourist fancy, if you know what I mean. Good for one go, but doesn't quite cater to repeat customers. Our service was excellent, the ambiance was great, very cool set up.
This restaurant is a gem the staff where very knowlegable and sympathetic to are needs best table in Alberta so far the food was flavourful and amazing a big thank’s to the staff and a special thank’s to the manager
