I had a great experience at Hello Sunshine in Banff! I came to celebrate New Year 2025, and it was a wonderful choice. The nigiri and sashimi were high quality, with fresh fish and beautiful presentation. The ramen was warm and flavorful, perfect for the cold weather. I also tried a mocktail, and it was refreshing and fun. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and festive. It made my New Year celebration extra special. I would definitely come back!

What a fun little spot. Made a reservation last minute for a large group. We had a blast. Service was great. Decor was really well done inside. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Def recommend this one!

We came on a busy Sunday for dinner. We ordered an appetizer and two mains. The ramen came out 5 minutes after we ordered, and then the appetizer came 5 minutes after that. The steak came out 10 minutes after the appetizer. I wish they would have served us the appetizer first and the two mains at the same time. The server was very kind and attentive to us. We asked for medium for the steak because my wife is pregnant, but the steak came out slightly more rare in my opinion. Overall, it was a fantastic dinner spot and I would recommend it!

I was super excited and satisfied with this place. Very nice staff, beautiful design and delicious meals. It did make our Banff experience wonderful!

We were sat at the bar, as we had made last minute reservations. Because of where we were sitting we were able to watch the sushi chefs at work making all the food. It’s incredible the amount of care, detail, and attention they put into their craft. Not to mention, it’s the best sushi we have ever had. Service is good too!
