Hello Sunshine is always a delight. Food is amazing and service is good. I wish they had a few more options for the happy hour. Only feedback is the staff uniform is a bit confusing. There were hosts in baggy shorts and a tee shirt extremely casual and another in business professional . All about self expression but was difficult to tell who was an employee. In my experience, always seems to be off duty staff around for happy hour ( which is a great sign employees want to be at work even when not being paid lol ) but added to the confusion of who was an employee or not. Love the Miso Carmel Martini 10/10!

Great atmosphere and yummy food! Happy we could talk with our group without having to shout over the music. We ordered the spicy tartare, goma-ae tofu spinach (fantastic!), Maui wowie roll, chef’s roll, and the king salmon nigiri. Everything was tasty, and others in our party said their fish was cooked perfectly.

10 out of 10! Very good food, very delicious! Recommend! We will com back again for sure!

Food was outstanding and McKenzie made the experience wonderful! Lots of great choices here. This is definitely a must visit spot in Banff.

I had a great experience at Hello Sunshine in Banff! I came to celebrate New Year 2025, and it was a wonderful choice. The nigiri and sashimi were high quality, with fresh fish and beautiful presentation. The ramen was warm and flavorful, perfect for the cold weather. I also tried a mocktail, and it was refreshing and fun. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and festive. It made my New Year celebration extra special. I would definitely come back!

What a fun little spot. Made a reservation last minute for a large group. We had a blast. Service was great. Decor was really well done inside. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Def recommend this one!
