country night environment was great but the DJ needs work on actual country music, didnt know the basic songs needed for a good country night-- eg Fake ID, he didnt know it all, disappointing

Best bowling in Banff, good prices and fun atmosphere!

Super friendly atmosphere with the most taps I've ever seen! Tried many delicious beers, great way to close out our stay in Banff.

This was so much fun! The drinks were delish and the options for games while bowling was the best! I would come back here for sure!

For a large group booking the value is poor. We had to spend 60% more than estimated for our party on food. Additionally the automatic “service fee” of 5% on top of our already agreed 18% gratuity fee is ridiculous and an abuse of perceived power. The service was great and the staff are friendly

Please remove the hostess from the front. She's literally the cause of all of your problems. The fact she has to act cowardly and constantly call the manager every time something comes up is completely unprofessional. Not only that but why would your staff lie about shoe rentals? I've literally been coming here for many years and now I'm being forced to pay for shoes? Either make it mandatory or remove shoe rentals all together. What bowling alley doesn't use bowling shoes? Unprofessional and uneducated establishment.

Very short and condescending staff. Asked reasonable questions about being FORCED to pay for shoes but wearing the shoes was not enforced? Huge LIABILITY! Our remarks were promptly gaslit by staff, who then proceeded to make snarky and accusatory comments amongst themselves.

Absolutely love my time at high rollers.

Super Disappointed in the customer service!
We had a family gathering and rented 2 lanes for 2 hours, played all the arcade games and ordered food and drinks.
We were down to the last 2 bowlers in the last frame and they wouldn’t extend the time to finish it out.
As most know, it was supposed to be a fun time and that last minute or 2 of fun, friendly competition amongst family was ruined.
Super disappointed they couldn’t accommodate an extra couple minutes for 3 balls to be thrown.

Love the vibes in here, very nice servers and very good DJ even on a Tuesday night!!

Me and my friends visited on Wednesday and
hostess at the front not very friendly and welcoming . She ruined our mood , however once we sit on the table we met lovely young lady who was very polite and not resist , she switched our mood , she served drinks in polite manner .please brief hostess to be nice to people regardless color of skin .we will come.back again bcs we like the place , next time I will.report this directly to the manager . This kind of staff can ruined your business .

The perfect place to take our children! Food was great, bowling and games were fun! It was St Paddy's Day, so it was busy and little overwhelming for my two children. However,
Tyler was an exceptional server and took great care of us! He deserves a medal! Thank you for taking care of me and my family Tyler! You're a great host and a gentleman!

Gave it a 4 because it’s not a place to come if you take bowling seriously. It’s a super fun place to party, dance, drink, play games, but if you’re a bowler this isn’t the place to come if you’re used to curving the ball and going for high scores. The pins are attached to strings. The ball return ramp is too close to the lane, and the lanes probably haven’t had a machine move over them in years. This is a great place to party, get drunk and have a good time but if you come here to specifically bowl then this isn’t the pace for you.
