We start most Sunshine days at Java lift - get to the hill early to avoid traffic and catch the sunrise before the lifts open. Monogram coffee is one of my favourites from Calgary and the drinks are well made and worth the little extra. Delicious & fresh breakfast muffins, sandwiches and pastries. Don't forget to show your season pass for a discount 😀

I came to Banff with my wife and kids to celebrate 2 years of our marriage. Having managed to find someone to take care of the children, my wife and I decided to go up sunshine village and have a nice ski day. In order to get the day started we went to Java lift cafe and were very pleasantly greeted by Sven. Great barista, he had great chat, great service and made us amazing coffee! Would 100% recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a nice experience when visiting Sunshine Village.

Good spot to grab a coffee break off the hill.Don't get a tofu/veggie sandwich...the tofu was not edible, think shoe leather. Very disappointing, and not worth the price either.I didn't discuss with staff, no opportunity as it was busy.Go for a muffin or sweet instead, you will be much happier.

Great little cafe coffee bar selling Starbucks coffee, sandwiches, and crepes even in the summer. Inside and outside seating. Ride the gondola up from Sunshine Village and there are lovely hikes to rock isle lake and around.

It's a nice cafe right in front of the Mt. Standish Express chairlift inside the lodge. Was pleasantly surprised to find delicious savory vegetarian crepe and sweet special of the day chocolate cake crepe. The price was very very reasonable considering it is in the sunshine village with very few options to eat.
