This is the most excellent tea! My sister and I had this tea for Afternoon Tea at the Prince of Wales Hotel in Waterton Lakes. We were both so impressed that we drove to their location in Banff the next day to buy more teas. This is the only place now I will buy loose leaf tea. My sister enjoyed the blueberry tea, and I absolutely love the chai tea which is the best blend I have ever had anywhere, including London! I also really enjoy the cinnamon plum tea for a nice evening non-caffeinated tea. I also really enjoy their Cream of Earl Grey tea. It's gentle, soothing, and very nice on the palate. I can tell it is only the highest quality ingredients that goes into each of their blends. In addition, The tea House in Banff is super cute, with a great variety of teas, and so welcoming.

We loved our shopping experience here! The shop feels very clean, warm, and inviting. We were greeted so kindly and given samplers when we walked in. They made sure to educate you about the teas without any pressure to purchase!

What a great company and exceptional product! Two years ago, I switched to drinking tea. I'll have the occasional coffee but Jolene's tea really makes a difference to my day. I am super picky about what we eat and drink. We love locally grown and/or organic food. Of all the tea I've tried, Jolene's tea has outstanding flavour using high quality ingredients. And I do feel that I get less sore throats and the tea makes me feel better overall- not too much caffeine as well. Why would I drink anything else? I also love the Hario tea pot - the loose leaves help with flavour and it is so easy to clean (I have three young busy kids). My usual tea routine is Masala Chai first thing in the morning. Creamy Earl Grey or Jasmine Gold Dragon mid morning or at lunch and then health blends in the evening- love the peppermint or feminitea. And all the staff I have connected with over the years have been great. Overall- great product for the soul. Thanks Jolene's Tea House!

Outstanding tea, we had it at the banff gondola restaurant and had to go get our own set for home. Pleased to find out they ship worldwide so will definitely be ordering more online when we run out. The atmosphere was also so organized, an absolute tea dream.

I used to buy teas from here online since the first time I purchased the tea from Canmore
So I went there with my cousin who’s from other province to show good teas
But the staff with short blond hair had a very bad attitude. As soon as she saw me and my cousin(btw we’re Asian) showing us some attitude. I really don’t want to think that was racism since I’m working in Hospitality in Canmore, and it’s really hard to be a racist in touristic towns like Canmore or Banff, but I have no idea why she treated us like that.
Anyway I don’t think I will ever buy any tea from this place from today

A beautiful tea house in an impressive and historic log cabin in the heart of downtown Banff. We came here to get the Spirits of the Lake tea which is a modern take on the pine tea the Stony first nation tribe used to get vitamin C. Great assortment of unique teas in this store.

The teas here are absolutely amazing! Really recommend the peach blossom white tea. You can smell each of the teas and you can get a deal when you buy 3 cans. They also have really cute hats and shirts that you’ll love. The staff are friendly. Definitely drop by here.

It's the cutest quirkiest little tea shop & gift room with unique stuff and really good music. Very attentive, warm, friendly staff. I never even thought about making a custom cocktail with specialty tea! That was one of the displays that takes creativity! ??? I'm a big lover of small businesses. This is one of those!
