The lounge is located in The Rimrock hotel in Banff, which is a fabulous hotel. The food was good. We really enjoyed the chicken sandwich and the nachos. The kids menu is good value. The kids burger was a full size burger. The braised beef poutine was good, the beef was excellent, cheese curds, fries and gravy good, but the combination was a little on the salty side. The view is beautiful. The lounge atmosphere is very nice. There is valet service at the main door.
I visited April 3, 2025, had a lovely lunch for one. I was seated at the table with the best view( left far back corner~ amazing view!) my waiter helped me with my drink dilemma, and suggested a basil, sake, lime drink, sadly can’t remember the name, but it tasted like summer. I had the short rib poutine, which was amazing and big enough for two people. I finished with a whipped vegan chocolate, toasted coconut and fresh berries dessert, which was delish! Came here with family after soaking in the nearby hot pools for a bite to eat with family. The atmosphere, view and fireplace is incredible, and the staff are attentive. I'm gluten free and dairy free and the staff went out of their way to make something from theclunch menu which was divine.
