Mad Trapper's is a great place to dine after a day of skiing. The food is excellent, especially the double smash burger and cauliflower bites. The atmosphere is welcoming, with friendly servers like Jaydyn and Keane who go above and beyond. Despite slow service at times, the delicious food and tasty beer make up for it. They offer gluten-friendly options and a kids' menu with real cheese Mac and cheese. Just remember, no outside food or backpacks allowed. A perfect spot to relax and refuel while on the hill.
