We had a beef curry, the lamb vindaloo curry, the shahi paneer, and the butter chicken curry with coconut rice. I couldn’t choose a favorite, they were all so delicious. Generous portions. Between the 5 of us we spent ~$26 each on more food than we could finish. Really satisfying meal, tasted authentic and the ingredients were clearly high quality.

My gf and I had a wonderful dining experience at Masala ! We ordered for appetizers samosas that came with 2 sauces : one minty the other more like chutney.The samosas were well cooked and full of spicy flavor.For the main course, we ordered palak prawns, a chicken dish in tomato/ginger sauce with a bowl of coconut rice to share...Every dish was cooked perfectly and was heavenly savory ! The service with a smile was quick and courteous...so if you find yourself in Banff and feel for indian food, Masala is the place to go.

A group of us went for dinner here. We all ordered different dishes and every dish was absolutely delicious. I ordered the lamb roganjosh. The lamb was melt in your mouth tender and perfectly flavoured. The service was excellent. I highly recommend Masala Authentic Indian Cuisine ?
It was one of the best Indian cuisine in banff but I had to change my reviews. Service there is very poor now. Atmosphere is like worst experience and way too crowded. They are all about money but Service, Atmosphere n even food is getting worse. Would never go there again with my family.

Best Indian food we’ve ever had! We ordered mango lassi, Aloo Methi Tikki, Chicken Jalfrezi, Naan, rice, and butter chicken. Butter chicken was so rich and creamy and the chicken jalfrezi had amazing spices! The serving sizes were much bigger than we expected so we probably could have skipped the rice. Prices were very reasonable. Service and atmosphere was fantastic! Highly recommend!!
