The milk tea is quite good. I enjoyed the Thai milk tea I got but my friends found the drinks to be a little too sweet for their liking. Still great service and drinks though 😊
I got the taro coconut slushie and it was actually good. It didn't taste icy and watery.
I'd def come back when I come to Banff again
I came down to order 3 drinks requested by my coworkers but I don't normally come here, so I'm wholly uneducated on the menu and ordering process. Big thank you to the gal who took my order for making me feel extremely stupid when I tried to read out the orders from my phone. She seemed to get irritated when I ask for 'less ice' in a 'taro slush'. While I get now why that wouldn't make sense, I had zero idea what a taro slush was before you told me, and that's what my coworkers requested. After getting my 3 drink order and gathering all 3 drinks plus my energy drink in my arms she asked if I was 'good', I just said yes because I felt like asking for a drink tray would just annoy her further.
Edit - Thank you for the disingenuous AI-generated response from the owner. 😂
Got the taro coconut slush and jasmine milk tea and very happy with both!! Will definitely be coming back when we visit Banff again!
The brown sugar bbt here was very refreshing!
⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5 – minus one star for the boba betrayal 😅)
I would highly recommend this hidden gem to all my family and friends!! 🌟
We tried the brown sugar boba milk tea and the peach mango sparkler (perfect summer vibes 🏖️). Honestly, on a super hot day, I’d tell everyone to grab the peach mango or even the lychee sparkler—refreshing enough to make you forgive all your life’s problems for at least 5 minutes. 🍑🥭✨
Now, about the boba… let’s just say it was giving “meh” instead of “yaass.” 🧋 Not bad, but not life-changing either.
Drinks took about 10 minutes because there were only two girls working, but they were doing their best and serving up the smiles. Props to them! 👏
Overall: Come for the sparklers, stay for the summer vibes… maybe skip the boba unless you like living dangerously. 😉
While in Banff, my girlfriend and I wanted try some bubble tea at Milk Tea at Banff. It was ok. It was like any other bubble tea spot.
As a self proclaimed bubble tea connoisseur, this small little boba shop was a must try when I walked by! The menu was decently large and had all your staple drinks. I opted for the thai milk tea with brown sugar pearls and the tea was delicious! The pearls were a bit too soft for my liking but still had really great flavour. Definitely hit my bubble tea cravings though!
The rose sparkler is delish but doesnt taste like rose. its lychee. still recommend!
Best bubble tea i had so far.

Yum! Kinda difficult to find though
Absolutely love this bubble tea spot! The drinks are always fresh and flavorful, and the tapioca pearls are the perfect texture—chewy and just right.
Great customer service. I'm very picky about bubble tea and they were able to accommodate me for a different drink. Thanks so much!
The matcha milk tea is a must ! The cheese foam is the best I’ve had
I thought it was great. The Thai milk tea had a rich, strong taste and wasn’t too sweet
