I’ve made an excuse to stop here every time I’m anywhere close by. Lots of Vegan and gf options. And the staff always asks about allergies, restrictions etc. Updated from previous review on 2026-01-23

What a little gem of a place !! Came in looking for some home made soup and ordered a kimchi burger which was highly recommend by the fabulous Tom! It has to be one of the best burgers I have ever tasted the flavours and texture of the burger was, sensational…. I also ordered fries and a side order of gravy too. This was a soul food experience of a conscious kind ….and service with a warm and homely touch to it ! Thank you 🙏🏽

This is primarily a vegetarian restaurant even though you can get eggs. We went in not knowing that. Luckily the eggs saved our day. Nonetheless, the food was excellent. We had the Nourish omelette. It was delicious along with fries and coffee. Service was top class too. Extremely friendly and welcoming. In the end we were glad that we went there. Sometimes good things land on your lap as a surprise. Highly recommended.

We stopped in for a late lunch and it was wildly delicious! Wonderful food and a great range of different dishes to try. Delicious Mexican hot chocolate as well. Everything was tasty and hot. The service was also excellent. If we are ever in the area again we will be back.

It was an amazing place, with really good food. We didn't even realize it was vegetarian until we got there as the menu looked amazing even for non-vegetarian. They were super accommodating to our multiple, often contradicting dietary restrictions, and the staff were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The ambiance was nice, although we were the only table there while we were there. It was a great night and a great meal, and completely worth the cost!

Amazing spot for vegan / vegetarian food in Banff! Has a really cool vibe, good atmosphere for brunch/lunch or dinner. Really interesting and inventive food and a great drinks menu. I had their famous kimchi burger for dinner with a special beer/cider/blackcurrent version of Snakebite.

Really good spot with a great vibe. Has bar seating as well as tables with a great interior. Really interesting and inventive menus for both brunch, dinner and drinks. Restaurant is entirely vegetarian but every option can be modified to be vegan.

A vibey place with delicious, fresh food. We got the cucumber salad with avocado and a nourishing bowl, with a pistachio croissant for dessert. The quality of the food and the flavour is perfect. It was exactly what I wanted in this meal. Only downside is the price. $3.33 for half an avocado seems steep to me. And $17 for a poutine also seems like a lot. Our meal costed $53.42 pre-tip. But I guess that’s on par for Banff restaurants? Staff were great too. Updated from previous review on 2025-11-07

Pretty good food overall, but the Nutella cheesecake was to die for — you absolutely have to try it! The salad and ravioli were also really good and flavorful. Cozy spot with creative dishes — definitely worth a visit if you’re in Banff.

We went with a large group, some of whom were skeptical about eating vegan. Most people got the Boss Burger and raved about it. They also said the poutine was even better than they had at other non-veg places. I had the kimchi burger and it was delicious!! Definitely upgrade the fries to poutine it's worth it. The portions were good. Service was a little slow but friendly. The only thing that was just "ok" was the gnocchi, maybe skip that. But definitely recommend a visit if you're visiting Banff.
