Awesome experience at the Pacini Bar in Banff, Alberta. Barman Kyle, was informative and friendly..making amazing cocktails… clearly knew exactly what he was doing.. we couldn’t have asked for more.

We decided to celebrate our 40th anniversary here. The server was very nice and polite but the service was off with respect to timing. Long lapses like waiting for plates to be cleared and then at least 10 minutes before the server came back and asked if we were done and we had to ask for a dessert menu.
The restaurant was not busy so I can only assume the server was new or having an off night.
We had the Italian Feast for 2. Very good
One thing that is quite annoying is the total bill of as $132 but we were charged $20 for Diet Pepsi ( we had a refill each). That is awful to have 15% of the bill being pop which probably costs .30.
We come to Banff 3-4 times a year but will not likely be back here soon.
Very disappointing

Cold coffee with no sugar at the table or spoon, had to take the sugar from another table as the server didn't provide any after replacing the coffee. Food was very mediocre, eggs were over cooked, sausages were small and cold, bacon looked like shredded scraps, and they were out of fruit salad so they served us crepe topping instead (berries in syrup).
Very disappointed, they've fallen pretty far from my first experience a few years ago. Won't be coming back.

My husband and I just had a fabulous meal at your restaurant. Our waiter named Max was wonderful, a very hardworking hospitable gentlemen, provided really great service. Especially loved the sangria and apple crumble. Thank you for a nice meal Pacini and Max.

The worst food and service in Banff. Please avoid this dump if you value your tummy. The cooks and wait staff seem to have very little training. The food in general is oiley. When you try toasting bread on the grill be prepared to wait 20 minutes to just melt the gross butter. Avoid this place.

Yesterday we were at the restaurant for dinner, and we received exceptional service. We were served by Marcel, a happy, cheerful, and friendly young man. He spoke our native language; we are from Brazil and speak Portuguese, and we were very surprised when he started speaking Portuguese. Thank you so much for your service, Marcel; every establishment deserves to have employees like you. We returned the following morning for brunch but were informed that his shift would be in the evening. We were also very well served by other employees, but anyway, here's our heartfelt review. “Visca Barça”
We don't have any photos of the dinner because we were starving, sorry.

We stayed at the Moose Hotel for our stay in Banff. And had breakfast at Pacini (it’s right off the lobby) almost every morning. The food was spectacular, and was absolutely needed before a day full of hiking. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, which for us is a wonderful way to start the morning. And best of all was our server, Max. Max was so friendly, and personable. He always had some great tips for things to do and see (Emerald lake is one of his favorites, and it doesn’t disappoint). A great conversationalist, definitely made it feel like you were talking with a good friend. He was the main reason we kept coming here for breakfast instead of going to different venues.

We’ve been to Pacini in Calgary SE and we had a great experience so we agreed why not go to Pacini at Banff even if we have to walk a bit.
The bread station is one of the item here that we like but the grill was charred and it there’s a burnt stuff that sticks to bread so we just ate the bread as it is, didn’t spend much on the bread station grill.
The food was mediocre for all of us and you can see that my pasta only have very few sausage on it, believe me there’s nothing underneath, and my wife was disappointed on her order because we didn’t expect that it was that small and it was overcooked that it was so hard to get it off the metal plate.
There very few customers as it was late lunch. The server appeared to take the orders and disappeared after the orders were delivered and we had a water refill when we were ready to pay.
The place is amazing though!

Veal was very tasty. The lasagna was disappointing. Had better frozen store bought. Quiet midweek off season. There is a bread bar. Looks like you could toast your bread on a grill but not told about. Not even sure it was working. People were waiting a long time

Delicious! Just one word, no other comment needed.
The lasagna was really good and they gave unlimited bread which you can grill and spread at the bread bar.
