Veey nice restaurant in a calm and relaxed atmosphere, great service and good italian food.
Pacini in Banff was a pleasant surprise! The food was delicious—classic Italian comfort dishes with great flavor and presentation. The highlight was definitely the all-you-can-eat bread bar, which was a fun and tasty touch. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy yet modern. A solid spot for a relaxed meal after a day of exploring. Would definitely come back!
This was a great experience. The ambiance and the chandeliers in restaurant and lobby are amazing. The food was good -tea was great. There are gluten free options. But what really made the experience was the staff. Our knowledgeable waiter made some great suggestions for local activities.
Fresh and good breakfast..
Pretty good food. Sick bread bar.
Esteban is a wonderful server.
Thank you to the restaurant for letting us dine even during the last 30 minutes before closing.
The food was simply delicious.
If you’re a fan of lasagna, Lasagna Tradizionale is a must-try!
The Customer Service was the worst I ever received . I think the waitress that was working on Sat . Late evening needs to be retaught how to serve a paying customer ! Couldn’t rate the food , was seated then totally ignored , to the point I got up after 20 mins to a 1/2 hour a walking out ! I don’t recommend it .
Just had an excellent lunch at Pacini Banff. The chicken Parmesan was so delicious. Excellent all round food and service .
I enjoyed the food. I would have liked a little thought about the timing of the food being served.
recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. We ordered the Mille-Feuilles Lasagna with Shrimps, which was a huge letdown. It had only a few strands of noodles and a few shrimp pieces, all drowned in a heavy cheese sauce. It felt more like a very saucy, kid's plate of noodles rather than a proper lasagna. We also tried the pesto and goat cheese pizza, which was decent but nothing special. Given the high prices, I was expecting much better quality overall. Another issue was with the parking. The restaurant's website advertises free outdoor parking, but when I called to inquire, I was told there's no free parking directly outside.

Late booking for family after a day acclimating to Banff. Friendly professional staff - ready to recommend off the menu and checked regularly with us for water / drinks refills and chatted about local points of interest. Good value and loved the bread bar ....
Overall not a great experience. It took our server quite some time to come to the table. Food came pretty quick once we ordered, but the kids crepes were luke warm and their hot chocolates (which we ordered right away) came half way through their food being done.
Food and service was good for breakfast

My family and i stay at the Moose all the time and love it except for this restaurant. We thought we’d just cone down from our room for the convenience of breakfast and that will be a last.
Our service was terrible. Our server barely talked, we were telling her things that were supposed to have been included on our dishes once our food came out, and they still ended up forgetting parts. The food is also not worth the price.
We will definitely be finding a new place to eat next time we are back!
The coffee and food was good but ultimately not worth the prices for the portions (breakfast). Servers were very friendly and kind.
Note the advertised discount from staying at the hotel is only active from 2-6 which is not advertised anywhere. Felt bad for the manager who has to explain that to everyone who asks.
