We were seated outside, given one menu - bread bar not explained, had to go search for water - no cutlery, no glasses. Food was terrible, sent one meal back - chicken was dry and rubbery. Couldn't wait to leave worst place we visited in Banff.
What a fabulous experience we had at Pacini! We placed our order and went to the amazing bread bar ( what is this magical place??!) and when we got back, our food was at our table ! It was amazing ! We enjoyed everything ! ( and went back a couple of times for that bread bar - next time throw in some sourdough ) our server was awesome ( not sure why our dessert took a really long time but we didn't mind because the rest of the experience was great thanks to Kyle !) we will be back for sure !!
Veey nice restaurant in a calm and relaxed atmosphere, great service and good italian food.
Pacini in Banff was a pleasant surprise! The food was delicious—classic Italian comfort dishes with great flavor and presentation. The highlight was definitely the all-you-can-eat bread bar, which was a fun and tasty touch. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy yet modern. A solid spot for a relaxed meal after a day of exploring. Would definitely come back!
This was a great experience. The ambiance and the chandeliers in restaurant and lobby are amazing. The food was good -tea was great. There are gluten free options. But what really made the experience was the staff. Our knowledgeable waiter made some great suggestions for local activities.
Fresh and good breakfast..
Pretty good food. Sick bread bar.
Esteban is a wonderful server.
Thank you to the restaurant for letting us dine even during the last 30 minutes before closing.
The food was simply delicious.
If you’re a fan of lasagna, Lasagna Tradizionale is a must-try!
The Customer Service was the worst I ever received . I think the waitress that was working on Sat . Late evening needs to be retaught how to serve a paying customer ! Couldn’t rate the food , was seated then totally ignored , to the point I got up after 20 mins to a 1/2 hour a walking out ! I don’t recommend it .
Food was subpar. Sauces were bland and chicken parm dry and overcooked. Disappointing as we were staying in the Moose.

Just had an excellent lunch at Pacini Banff. The chicken Parmesan was so delicious. Excellent all round food and service .
A lovely place to eat for both adults and children. The staff are particularly pleasant and attentive, we will definitely come again!
We were guests at Moose and, being lazy, didn't venture out much. However, we were delighted with the Breakfast Pizza and the Vegetable Cassolette. Both were incredibly delicious. The drinks were also great - Mimosa, Negroni Caffe, and Old Fashioned.
It was not busy. The server didn't have a clue about any type of liquor available. We finally just ordered Caesars which were weirdly sweet. My husband and I ordered the $75 platter for two and it came with two tiny pieces of rubbery steak, a couple of pieces of spicy sausage, four tiny shrimp and a few grilled vegetables with a huge pile of Parmesan fries. I felt like we paid $75 for Parmesan fries. It took a really long time to be served and it was cold. We weren't about to start over. For dessert we ordered the thing with the pistachios. I can't remember the name of it but server came back and said they only had enough for one so my husband got that and I got tiramisu. His was absolutely disgusting. A bunch of crumbled up cookies or something With a bit of goo on top. It was not edible. Mine was OK but everything was overpriced for the quantity and quality. Everyone working there looked miserable. It was just an all-around bad experience.
The food was just average, however the service was very good. Our waiter was very nice, plenty of gluten free options. Unfortunately the overall food gf and non gf was only average.
