The food was delicious and service was top notch. We enjoyed it so much that we came back a second time during our stay.
The Beef dip was good as was the spinach dip. Pricing is very consistent with the area. Service was good, nice ambience.
A fun restaurant in the center of Banff Springs. The menu is typical bar food, but everything was very good.
Been here many times and I swear each time I'm more and more disappointed. Food is nothing special. We ordered the steak and it was HORRIBLE. Hot wings - don't expect your typical hot wings they were still good but just not what I would expect when ordering hot wings. We love the sawback drinks - except this is the first time we've not had a rim on the drink. Just seems like they care more about efficiency than making a special cocktail. And that's fair it's a business but in Banff with their prices I would expect just a bit more
We loved our meal and the vibe here. Jen was an amazing server and the drinks and food are wonderful! Great music too!
We made a reservation for the weekday happy hour - bar seating. It was a Tuesday and not busy. We were seated at the bar as requested. The ambiance was nice which is why we went there. very modern and shiny new. The service was surprisingly so slow. Despite it being "happy hour" and there being 3 staff working behind the bar (one of which was prepping pre-mixed drinks for faster service later in the night!?) - it took at least 10 minutes for someone to come over to take our drink order. There was only one other person sitting at the bar (just leaving) as we arrived. We were going to order food (happy hour apps) but it took another 10-15 minutes for someone to come back to check on us. We couldn't even get the attention of the bar staff who seemed to be just tidying up and prepping the entire time we were there. We ended up paying for our drinks and going somewhere else to eat. Sadly, I just can't recommend this place unless the service is improved. I rarely write negative reviews as we are not demanding or fussy customers but this was a really surprising experience.
Sehr gutes, perfekt Medium gegrilltes entrecote, sehr netter Service! Eine absolute Empfehlung
We stopped here for Happy Hour. The burger was tasty and the beer was refreshing. The server never checked on us again after our food was delivered. I never received a napkin to wipe my hands and we finally had to ask someone else to cash us out.

Delicious food! Huuuuge portions. I got a boozy slushy drink, and those are always nice. Clean bathrooms, good atmosphere.

We had a wonderful dining experience at PARK Distillery Restaurant + Bar with my husband and daughter. We didn’t expect just how helpful and accommodating the staff would be — especially Scott, who truly went above and beyond. His service was absolutely 5/5! The food was incredibly delicious, and the atmosphere was so cozy and relaxing. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is without a doubt one of the top five places to eat in Banff. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is amazing – warm, vibrant, and full of energy. The decor is very tastefully done, combining a stylish indoor space with a comfortable and inviting patio. Whether you want to enjoy the cozy interior or take in the fresh mountain air outside, both options are equally great.
The food here was simply outstanding. I can confidently say that the bison burger we tried was the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor, it’s a must-try for anyone visiting. The vodka chili soup was another highlight; hearty, rich, and very unique. On top of that, the restaurant produces its own gin and vodka, which was something truly special. The gin in particular had a bold, slightly fruity flavor with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste that stood out compared to other gins I’ve tried. It paired really well with the meal and added to the overall experience. The salad we ordered was also fresh and well-prepared, a perfect complement to the heavier dishes.
The staff were excellent, friendly, attentive, and professional and they really contributed to the positive atmosphere.
The only downside is that this place is very popular and usually packed. If you show up during peak hours, be prepared to wait at least an hour, as we did. Some reserved tables seemed to stay empty longer than expected, which was a little frustrating. For this reason, I strongly recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid the wait.
Overall, though, this restaurant is a must-visit in Banff. The combination of atmosphere, décor, fantastic food, and unique drinks makes it truly memorable. I will definitely be coming back!

This was honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Canada, and without a doubt it served the best bison burger I have ever had. The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful, with that unique richness you only get from bison meat. It was truly outstanding and absolutely worth the visit on its own.
The restaurant also has its own line of alcoholic drinks, including gin and vodka, which I found really impressive. The gin had a pleasant bitterness balanced with fruity notes, which made it refreshing and unique. Along with that, we enjoyed a well-prepared salad, tasty beer, and a memorable pepper soup made with their vodka that stood out as something special.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is another highlight. It has a vibrant yet comfortable vibe that makes the experience even more enjoyable. We were seated on the patio, which had a lively and welcoming energy. Unfortunately, the inside was full and we couldn’t get a table indoors because the restaurant was very busy.
My recommendation: if you plan to visit, make sure you reserve in advance. It’s absolutely worth it. For me, this place was a top dining experience and I would call it one of the very best restaurants I’ve tried in Canada.

Loved our late lunch here today. The service was top notch. If I was able to steal that cornbread recipe I would’ve. Highly recommend it!

I went for the bison burger, which was good. Gin is made there, so I had a tasting with bartender Sophie. She was knowledgeable and creative with gin cockfails. Her abilities plus a very engaging personality made for very pleasant experience- she is valuable asset to the business. There is a 10% discount for on-site liquor bottle purchases. Sophie said their liquor products are available at the Calgary airport.
