We made a reservation for the weekday happy hour - bar seating. It was a Tuesday and not busy. We were seated at the bar as requested. The ambiance was nice which is why we went there. very modern and shiny new. The service was surprisingly so slow. Despite it being "happy hour" and there being 3 staff working behind the bar (one of which was prepping pre-mixed drinks for faster service later in the night!?) - it took at least 10 minutes for someone to come over to take...
We stopped here for Happy Hour. The burger was tasty and the beer was refreshing. The server never checked on us again after our food was delivered. I never received a napkin to wipe my hands and we finally had to ask someone else to cash us out.
We had a wonderful dining experience at PARK Distillery Restaurant + Bar with my husband and daughter. We didn’t expect just how helpful and accommodating the staff would be — especially Scott, who truly went above and beyond. His service was absolutely 5/5! The food was incredibly delicious, and the atmosphere was so cozy and relaxing. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
