Great food great location. Just a bummer that there are no free refills. I suspect because ppl are stealing from fountain drinks (machine is facing the food court). Should probably make the fountain machine face employees so actual customers can get free refills.
This is a regular Popeyes location, similar to others. The staff are fine; the only issue I noticed is that they might seem a bit annoyed by customers who demand more, despite it being just a fast-food place.
Popeyes Banff has become my preferred choice, especially during my work breaks. The level of customer service provided by the entire team, from the Managers to the crew members/staff, has been outstanding. They maintain a high level of professionalism, making it a must-visit spot in Banff.
