The wait was a bit since it was lunch time but once we got inside the service was quick. We got our food not too long after ordering. We were shocked with how fast it came. Everything we ordered was delicious and the server with the short hair was sooo cute! Definitely coming back here the next I’m in Banff and also checking out the one in Calgary.

I had eaten at a burger place a few days prior that we waited what seemed like 30mins for burgers and fries. So the fast service surprised me.

Ramen was excellent, with the Black Arashi being my favourite. Service and atmosphere were both good, though there was a long wait to be seated. Restaurant is slightly hidden inside a building, requires going up some stairs. Worthwhile for quality ramen in Banff.

So good we went twice on our trip. We had a peanut allergy and the staff was very accommodating. There’s always a line which is a testament to how good the food is. Definitely worth a visit

We tried waiting for dine-in first but the wait was more than 30 min and my dad wasn’t feeling well, so we decided to do take out. I go inside to ask some questions and the young waitress was very polite and courteous. When I go to order, the older woman at the register ignored me and didn’t say anything, not even “please wait a minute.” Another guy walks up to the counter and after a few minutes the older woman at the register begins talking to him about the takeout process. And I said “wait I got here first” and she turns to me and says “wait a second.” And she starts telling him how to order, which she never even explained to me the process, so it seemed like she was going to take his order first, so I just left. She runs after me saying she was just explaining to him and would get my order, but she never mentioned that when I was standing right there.

After I ordered, I waited another 15-20 min and they start seating everyone who was waiting for a table…and give the food to the people who ordered after me. And when I ask about my order, they still were in the process of making it.

Service overall was extremely poor, food was average and too salty (though everyone’s taste does differ), and the wait was way too long while the staff seemed to have no interest in their customers other than the kind young woman who answered my questions.

I would not recommend.

Hands down the best Ramen in this area! Great service! Perfect amount. Worth waiting if there is a line for dining in. I would recommend this to anyone!

So the broth was sooo good (I ordered Original Tonkotsu) but in my opinion the noodles were a bit too hard.
The service was really nice and quick! Can recommend!

This is my go to spot in Banff if I am craving ramen. The wait can sometimes be quite long, but the food makes it worthwhile. The servers are absolutely lovely, but are just very busy and you may need to gather their attention for the bill or the order.
