Vegetarian options are good but lacked a bit of flavour. Overall is good to try. Problem is they don’t take reservations or take names . You have to wait in line. Worth a try if the lineup is not longVegetarian options: There are only three options- miso seems better out of three , followed by tan tan

Ramen here is fairly good! Soup base 10, noodle 10, egg 10, the only thing I'm not a great fan of is the pork belly.Side salad is awesome, they use a special sesame sauce on top of very fresh crunchy veggies.

This little gem of a restaurant is worth the small wait in Sundance mall. The hand drawn chalk pictures of ramen bowls decorate the perimeter and give it a nice vibe. Very friendly service and quick as well. Tasty food that fills you up!Vegetarian options: Several dishes availableKid-friendliness: Staff set up child size bowls and cutlery for a neighbouring table. High chair available as well.

Hiden restaurant in the 3rd floor inside a mall. Well known by locals and they care enough to make a place to seat outside while you wait for your table knowing there is always people waiting. Small and simple restaurant with amazing black ramen.Vegetarian options: They offer vegan ramen

It's delicious, the soup is great, but this is the first time I've eaten ramen with lettuce. And I had to wait quite a long time after ordering.

Probably one of the best ramen I had in a long time!Didn't have to wait too long to be seated. There is no waiting list, so you just sit on the bench in front of the restaurant waiting for you to be seated (inside the mall, so nice and warm).Service was great and food came out super quick despite the place being full.We shared 2 entres and had a main each. Delicious and would highly recommend!

The ramen provided an authentic and incredibly flavorful experience! I particularly appreciated the variety of noodle options available, such as egg, rice, and kale noodles, making it simple to customize meals for vegetarians or vegans. The service was prompt, and the staff were exceptionally friendly!Vegetarian options: I recommend the Veg black tan tan ramen with rice noodles

High C/P ?? The take out package is really will separate the noodles and soup so that the noodles won’t be softened.202403Recently, the waiting time is too long after ordering. It was about 30mins to get our ramen and the time wasn’t including we waited in line.
Great authentic Japanese ramen with rich soup. Chicken bites are tender and crispy. Great spot after skiing.

The behavior of the servers at this restaurant left much to be desired. Throughout our meal, we felt uncomfortable due to what seemed like rude and disrespectful treatment. There were moments when it appeared they were discussing us in a language we couldn’t understand, which added to our discomfort. It’s unfortunate that our experience was marred by such behavior, and it’s something the management should address to ensure all guests feel welcomed and respected. As such, I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant , particularly to those who may feel vulnerable to discrimination.
