We had calamari- 3/4 of it was seruously over cooked, the other 1/4 was good.We ordered two New York striploin steaks. Requested medium rare, both came medium to well done. Sent them back. The steaks came out again medium rare but were not even warm enough to melt the compound butter on them.Fruit Flys everywhere through out our time there. Nothing says a great dinning experience like slapping fruit Flys.GREAT SERVICE, Matt was awesome, tried a new wine and it was excellent.Last time we were there it was a 10 out of 10. This time 1. Well not be going back or suggesting it to anyone. Sad to a place go down so far.

Absolutely incredible! Drove over an hour from Calgary and this was definitely worth it, highly recommend going to Banff and checking this place out!

Parking: There was a lot right across street but definitely not the easiest to find parking

Great menu, service and location, with a bright street-level patio unto Bear St. We had steak, prawn spaghettini and the calamari. The latter was easily the best and freshest calamari I've had in a long time. Highly recommend!!

Alroy’s professional service and charm are the greatest example of what dining in an upscale restaurant should be! The food was amazing (I had the Scallop & Gnocchi and he recommended a great dessert! We will be coming back thanks to this great experience.

Rib eye was nicely done and huge, definitely good for two people. Brussels sprouts could’ve been cooked a bit more however. Wagyu carpaccio and ahi tuna tartare were great portions and delicious as well. Great atmosphere and cozy.

Was cold the entire time.My girlfriend had not 1 but 2 bugs in her drink and hair in her main dish. When we brought up our concerns about the bugs in our food the server told us”don’t bring your pets in here next time”Not a great experience for a night out.

What we did have was pretty good but they were out of most everything we tried to order. Luckily they had the apple pie in stock bc that was amazing.

We met Ron at his other restaurant… (earls) and he was so kind and funny … he knew we had a reservation at his other restaurant (Saltlik) and when we were seated he had a champagne toast delivered to us.. all of the employees are kind and available… they have created a wonderful atmosphere for both locals and visitors… Lillie is amazing at Earls btw. And the food is amazing.. it is a family establishment as his son is the manager of Earls and his daughter is the sous chef at Saltlik… highly recommend.

This restaurant has an amazing atmosphere. A beautiful walk away from parking at the tourism center in downtown Banff. The food was delicious and the drinks were welcome after a day of skiing.

The French onion soup, Brussels sprouts, and burger were outstanding. With 2 appetizers, a burger and steak, and a round of drinks we were out for under $130 CA after tip. I live in the US and I was very impressed with the quality of the food and experience for the price. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Banff!

In February we made a reservation for a wedding party of 25 for the upstairs dinning room Drinks were served Food took close to 3 hrs. While we waited 5 tables ordered after us, ate & left, some of our orders started arriving & were barely hot Pictures of 2 garlic butter steaks the butter wouldn’t melt on the steak picture is 2 of the steaks
