This was a magical night! Our party of 7 took the gondola to the top of the mountain, walked around taking tons of pictures, then had an amazing meal at the Sky Bistro! Everything was fantastic, especially the Bison filet, the short ribs, the pork, and the cod - everyone enjoyed their meal! We also had a few appetizers (the Bison tartare was delicious as was the seafood chowder). We had 8:15 reservations and had incredible drinks at a high top table at the bar until our table...
Charly made the last night of our honeymoon so special, and it was so lovely to meet a Banff native! We were delighted with the quality of the food and service; the short rib was a particular favourite. The rainy sunset made the setting even more magical.
The service was phenomenal. The resturant was beautiful but very loud. The food was good but the portions were very small and a few more options would have been nice. However, the view made all the less favorable things worth it.
