Sky Bistro at the Banff Gondola exceeded all expectations. We celebrated our 10-year anniversary here, and everything, from the breathtaking panoramic views atop Sulphur Mountain to the gourmet, was absolutely unforgettable. The food was not only incredibly delicious but also beautifully presented. I had the Smokey Old Fashioned, a perfect cocktail, and we were surprised with a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate. It was a thoughtful touch that made the night even more...
The menu is very unique based on seasonal produce. What we chose was delicious. We really enjoyed the views of the mountains and sheep in the area. Highly recommend booking a table for dinner.
Definitely worth the time to spend at the top of the gondola. Arrange for gondola departure time to give yourself ample time to enjoy this fabulous restaurant. The view alone is worth the price of the meal, which was delicious. Service was attentive without being overly intrusive. A wonderful experience.
