I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I left my belongings there on a Thursday, and when I called Friday, staff confirmed they had them. But when I went in later that day, they suddenly couldn’t find anything and said the manager would call me, which never happened.
I called again on Sunday and was told (again) that my items were there. But when I came in Monday, the manager said she saw them in the safe on Friday, yet now they had “disappeared.” No one could give me answers, and the supervisors with access to the safe couldn’t be reached.
Overall, my belongings were confirmed twice over the phone but missing both times I showed up. Very unorganized and unprofessional experience.

Came in most mornings that we stayed in Banff, staff were always friendly, even when they were very busy! Hot chocolate is always good too :)

This Starbucks left me shocked. Imagine walking in for a coffee and instead being greeted by a bug exhibit inside the food display case. Flies, mosquitoes, and who knows what else were buzzing around the pastries like it was their private buffet. Whether they serve it or not doesn’t matter—the fact that it’s even happening in plain sight is a red flag. Cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. If insects are partying in the front where customers can see, I don’t even want to imagine what’s happening in the back. Hard pass. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else risk it either.

This branch is very disorganized and unprofessional.
I ordered a Mango Dragonfruit, but the lid was not properly sealed and half of it spilled on my shirt. When I asked to see the manager, I was told they weren’t available and the assistant would arrive in half an hour.
Instead of apologizing, the staff only said: “Well, what do you want to do? We can refund your money.” No apology at all. They didn’t care.
Beautiful environment and good products, but the staff were careless and irresponsible.
I do not recommend this branch.
