Whoever manages this location seriously needs to audit their operations. During my visit, the gentleman on the left was making every single drink on his own, clearly overwhelmed, while the two women on the right stood at the register together — using only one till — chatting and laughing as the line grew. It took 20 minutes for a single drink, which is unacceptable by any standard. I’ve been to Starbucks all over the world and I’ve never witnessed such poor workflow or lack of teamwork. This isn’t just about speed — it’s about fairness to staff and customers. Management needs to step in.

Great local on the main strip downtown Banff - that also means it’s BUSY. Mobile order is your friend to avoid the line and get you back outside … or better yet - don’t collect stars? Try a local coffee shop a few doors down.
Drink was made wrong 2 days in a row. Both times baristas debated with me then reluctantly remade my drink.
Location in the main street in Banff. Staff are friendly and have a good selection of food and pastries.

Always takes forever because you'll never know where you're at in the que of mobile orders.
They're always short staffed at peak times. The drinks are often fine, but it takes too long, and they'll serve your warm food too early a lot of the time.
There's barely enough seating and plenty of space to work with.
I'm finding more often now, I'm just deciding to go any other coffee shop nearby and it'll be better and you won't have to wait so long.
