I bought a mug as a souvenir in banff, but the staff charged me 2 mugs instead of one! I tried to call, they said i have to comeback and show the receipt. Or else i wont be refunded. Well, the trip costs me more than the mug. They could have just checked the receipt number, and do their count. But they said just no.

We always get our drinks in this location before heading back to our city, EMERSON and the 2 Filipina baristas are very friendly, and their service is above and beyond! Highly recommend?

This Starbucks in Banff has a beautiful location right in town, with cheerful staff who make you feel welcome. My drink was spot on, making it a nice stop during a day of exploring.
