We had a HORRIBLE experience. 3 south asian employees were literally mocking us in their language but little did they know we speak the same language as well! they messed the 2 orders we placed as well. the owner shall take strict actions as the customer service provided couldn’t even be rated 0.5/5.

By far the WORST subway I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve ever ordered from them, my order came back wildly wrong. Probably my dumb fault for trusting them to fulfill a Foodie order correctly without my direct supervision. And to top it all off; I called once to simply state that there was an issue with my order, and the guy outright hung up on me. The customer service is abysmal, and they seriously need to re-staff the place. This location is a stain on the entire Subway franchise.

Worse experience ever.We went to this place with whole big family, we asked them for 5 subs. There was an employee named Miles. She was literally throwing veggies on our sub we asked her to be nice and she replied "this is the way we are taught to make a sub" is it right? She was really rude and she even asked us to leave.I have never expected this from subway hiring these type of employees.

This has to be THE worst subway I’ve visited to date.Purchased 3, 6 inch subs, and they wouldn't cut one of them in a half while making them so they were separately made. They were soggy, sloppy, put half the bottle of mayonnaise in all the sandwiches. I threw it away and wasted my money.The staff were incredibly immature, including the manager who told the staff repeatedly not to cut the 2 sandwiches in a half. Insisted on making one sandwich and cutting it at the end, although the toppings and dressings were entirely different.I cant get over how incredibly mismanaged this place is. From the staff, the set up, and the service.I should’ve walked away and not paid for the sandwiches.

I love this Subway restaurant. The employees during the evening/late night shift are very friendly and courteous. However, there is constantly an issue with using the app to order. The sandwich artist always misses items on the sandwich. I think there needs to be a better system for online ordering so that this doesn't happen. It's upsetting to see the sandwich made incorrectly time and time again when you order through the app.
