Truly outstanding! The duck and halibut were amazing—absolutely delicious. The bison tartare was another standout dish and full of flavor. On top of the amazing food, the live music on Thursdays creates such a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

Had an exceptional birthday dinner at the Bison. Scallop appetizer, vision short rib for me and steak frites for my wife. Pecan sugar pie for dessert. All were excellent. Service and atmosphere was top shelf. Highly recommended.

Food was amazing our waiter Dean was amazing, but the music was right beside our table and the speaker was aimed at us so he was a little bit too loud for us to enjoy our conversation at our table, but other than that, it was amazing 
We had an spectacular meal just like this beautiful place. Will love to be back. The hamachi and the lamb was probably the best I ever had.

By far the best restaurant we have been to in Banff. The flavors in every dish we tried were outstanding. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were fantastic. We ordered several appetizers and shared the venison steak... all fantastic! Had the chocolate dessert and again... amazing! We made reservations to go back tomorrow evening before we leave town. Don't miss this gem!!

Starters and main courses were excellent, tasty, creative and well executed. Unique flavor and texture combinations that helped the main food item in each shine. If there is a weakness, it is that the dessert menu is short and somewhat more conventional. But well worth it.
