We have the winter course menu it was a really nice dinner. We paid extra to have the bison tartar and bison short rib and it was worth it. Service was very friendly as well.

We had a great time at the Bison. The 39$ special was amazing, .Kevin’s service and wine pairing was excellent. A couple of notes for the GM and chef: The soup very good…needed 2 oz more. The beet salad was overpowering and should be cut with cheese and/or more greens. The Bison rib and salmon were excellent. The desert was awesome (maple pie) but the crust was a little hard….maybe graham cracker crust?? The bench seating sucked!!! I could feel the movement of every person on the bench. Cut the damn thing up and burn it!

On top of the amazing food, the live music on Thursdays creates such a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

Had an exceptional birthday dinner at the Bison. Scallop appetizer, vision short rib for me and steak frites for my wife. Pecan sugar pie for dessert. All were excellent. Service and atmosphere was top shelf. Highly recommended.
