We had a great table and the service was awesome. We went from the starter to the dessert without any fault. I recommend this place 100%. From the host to the end, everything was great. Thank you for this great night.

?is delicious and fresh, the sauces are so good
The Maple Duck wings are soso, but the meat is too tough and overcooked. The steak is too salty. Not recommend though the service overall is good.

Firstly, don’t order the Crab Cake. Nothing like a traditional Crab Cake, strange texture and tasteless, cold and strangely watery as if cooked badly from frozen.
My wife enjoyed the Duck and my Tenderloin Oscar was cooked to perfection, unfortunately the mash was very tasteless and the Broccolini a touch under cooked.
Service was good but seemed to be rushing which was unusual for a Tuesday evening. Still tipped 20% to wife's dismay LOL, but hey we’ve tried it out, it wasn’t terrible BUT DEFINITELY NOT worth the inflated tourist price. (For the record my wife and I aren’t tourists). Try keep to the independent restaurants for quality and not the Restaurants owned by the one Conglomerate Company that runs Banff, I just forget the name.

Turned us away at 3:40 because dinner service starts at 4:00. Would’ve been fine having drinks until then! Great business practices, especially since others were already sitting and eating during “closed hours”

Right in the center of the town, opposite Starbucks, I had brunch. It was very good.

Despite our many demands regarding our dietary preferences, everything was scrupulously respected thanks to Adam's patience and professionalism.
We enjoyed ourselves, the meat was really excellent and we had a great time.
I highly recommend this steakhouse!

Excellent food and even more excellent service. The 18 oz Alberta cowboy steak was pricey but 10/10 and enough for sharing

We went here and had the corn soup and chicken wings to start. Both were fantastic. I had the Bison short ribs and my husband had the BBQ ribs. The food was incredible and great value for money. Portions are generous and we were unable to finish it all, but they are happy to give you a box to take a doggy bag away.

We ate lunch and supper here while in Banff…
Lunch: Hot chicken sandwich and corn soup were excellent! Food was so good we came back for supper … We are from the USA and live in the Gulf Coast of Florida… access to the freshest seafood year round… the crab dip here was some of the best I’ve ever had.
Supper: My wife had the Maple Salmon and I had the bison tenderloin… NO WORDS!

Great upscale restaurant to end your day in Banff. Food and drinks were great, you gotta try the Crab and Artichoke Dip. The Maple Salmon and Prawns was incredible, an interesting incorporation of maple in a seafood dish, 10/10. Reservations highly encouraged.

Measured decibels, 95+ for conversation atmosphere. Partial wall sound buffering would help. Bathroom you could hear the restaurant music, max 45-55db if even that. If you're autistic and sound sensitive. It's extremely loud audibly.
Coffee came twice with Coffee grounds. Both reported and retried. Could be better.
Not wheelchair accessible for 2nd floor and limited seating first floor as stairwell takes up majority.
Menu is dietary friendly and vegan/vegetarian friendly.
Kids wise, there are better restaurants they would be more entertained excited and better accepted overall. Saw zero kids only adults here 530pm onward.
Vegetarian options: Various menu options
Dietary restrictions: Also various menu options
Kid-friendliness: Not, to loud and limited dish choices for kids if any. Audio levels are way to high decibel wise in totality when moderate to full house. Walls don't absorb sound effectively. A light transparent cloth against backdrops would help at a minimum without seriously impacting atmosphere intent.
Wheelchair accessibility: 2nd floor nope. Washrooms unknown for first floor, limited seating on first floor. Access is awkwards. Doors are much thicker and heavier. So assistance would thoroughly be required for those with low strength in upper body. Would recommend elsewhere potentially.

Food was really good with the one exception that they were serving frozen costco fries. Fries did not match the quality of the rest of the food. Should really be made fresh.
