Literally fantastic, extremely quick, friendly, and refreshing after a long day! Chris rocked!!
Our server Christian was great, attentive. Thanks!
Outstanding experience
Great service by Richard
Starting with a rather simple salad including a horrible dressing. Okay when it comes to the noodles, but do not expect much from the sauce (plain tomato, no herbs or garlic). Rips coming from microwave. Final ice creme one of the worst I ever had. Moderate pricing makes it still acceptable but definitly not justifying a 4 star rating
Delicious food and kind personel. I liked that place a lot.
Food was okay, service was great.
I had a disappointing experience at the Old Spaghetti Factory due to the behavior of the host, Katline. She was unpleasant, unprofessional, and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Her attitude was unnecessarily rude and left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the restaurant.
We came in for lunch, the wait was soooo long even though 85% of the tables were empty. It seems like they are low on staff. The waiter who served us was very rushed and kept making sarcastic jokes. Food wise, the spaghetti I ordered was just okay. I feel like it wasn’t flavorful enough. The bread they served in the beginning had tasty garlic butter. I dream about that butter sometimes? overall, I think this place is pricier than expected.

Good location in downtown Banff
Service was taking quite some time during early lunch hours but can't complain given there was only one server managing the whole restaurant
Chicken parm was good, but spaghetti & alfredo itself weren't to die for

We love visiting the old spaghetti factory when in Banff, it makes the trip! The hostess tonight really set the tone for the restaurant especially during a rush where service felt panicked. The hostess was calm, welcoming, and clearly eager to help out the team. Awesome job to her.

We had a party of 10, and with a reservation we were seated immediately. Our server Chris was kind and helpful. After we ordered the food came quickly and was hot. All the dishes we ordered came out like we expected and were all delicious. The ice cream, was very good at the end. After we ate we were able to sit and visit for a while and we were not pressured to leave. Chris even came and checked on us after we paid to make sure we still had everything we needed. Great place for a family dinner.
Parking: Upstairs of the mall. Finding street parking around the mall is difficult as this is a very busy part of town. There are paid lots within walking distance of the mall. The mall also has a paid parking garage if you have a smaller vehicle. The height limit is 6 feet.

Really busy restaurant but great service from Alex, savory dishes and can’t go wrong with the soups and choice of included options like the ice cream and coffee.
