We had an outstanding dinner at the Primose. I would consider another trip to Banff to have the Potato Pavé again—kudos to the chef. Our servers (Finn at breakfast and Gustavo at dinner) were delightful and efficient.
Excellent food and service. We ordered the scallops and the Bison Rigatoni—both outstanding. As an Italian American, I can attest that the pasta and rich flavors of the bison ragu were authentic and memorable. Service was attentive, prices were reasonable for a hotel restaurant, and the views were incredible.
Nice restaurant with large view windows. Service excellent.,Breakfast buffet and off the menu good. Dinner - soup was too salty, salmon well prepared, chicken with pasta a bit rich with the truffle sauce. Closing in October while hotel is remodeled.
