We stayed here for a week and had no problems. The rooms are a bit outdated but everything was clean and comfy. There is free parking and also free bus passes (super useful). The pool came in use a lot (although I wish the chlorine wasn’t as strong).Staff at the front desk were nice and helpful.Soap products smelled great.Overall I would recommend staying here and definitely would come again.Things that would improve the experience:• having non- dairy milk for the morning coffee.• being able to pay by card for the laundry (I had to pay 3.50 to use the atm, to take out cash and then have it changed to coins.• having the ability to stream Netflix on the tv’s.Safety: Very safeWalkability: About a 18 min walk into town or a 5 min bus ride.

We have come here for a conference multiple years in a row. The rooms are clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I appreciate they provide Rocky Mountain soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. It is kid friendly, with a pool, hot tub and an outdoor park/forest area right next door. There is a Wood fire and great window lighting and comfortable seating in the lobby area. Coffee, tea and water provided at the lobby.Location is at the entry to Banff, however we like this because we want to get exercise to walk to the downtown area. Lots of wonderful restaurants along the way. Also nearby tunnel mountain for hiking. It’s also seems a lot less congested people/tourist wise than some of the other hotels. Quiet and comfortable!

Family friendly, nice pool and hottub as well as a playground right beside the hotel! Really great service, let us use their conference room and catered to our needs. Rooms were clean. Hotel is right in the strip even though it’s a bit further from downtown it’s nice to have that walk to get out and excersize. Some really nice restaurants nearby too!

Great location and a 10 minute walk to downtown or grab complimentary bus passes for your downtown visit. Located near some great restaurants; breakfast lunch and dinner options. The pool was clean and well taken care of. The bed was quite comfy and the view was pretty good! Overall pretty great and will be back and will recommend to others.

Location is at the far end of Banff Ave. Good seating in the lobby area to drink coffee and look over brochures. There's a gym, pool, hot tub, and changing/shower facilities. We saw the top of Mt Rundle from our window! They have a parking garage below the hotel for their guests. Out of the weather!Walkability: Banff is a Very walkable, pretty town. Lots of skiiers and snowboarders waiting for tour buses. Lots of shops and restaurants that people walk to.

The rooms were on par with other hotels that we've stayed at in the area. The building is older, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were awesome and well maintained. It is a little bit of a walk to the heart of downtown, but they offer complimentary bus passes, which is amazing. But the thing that really sets this hotel apart from the others is the excellent customer service. The staff were OUTSTANDING. Every single staff member that we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our room faced in at the pool. We were offered an upgrade, we accepted, then were told there wasn't one available. Then we learned that our friends made the same booking and had a balcony with a mountain view....The room was a bit run down. Comfy beds. Nice to have a pool and hot tub.

Great location in Banff. Pool and hot tub close too early. Comfortable room with kitchenette (can bring your own food and make breakfast). Hotel getting a bit older.
