I must give a shout-out to Zoran who was our server for lunch at the Vermillion Room on May 31. We were a Mother-Daughter-Grandmother group, thrilled to be in Banff and grateful to be together. We came for the Sunday brunch at The Vermillion Room and the setting is absolutely beautiful—classic, elegant, and perfect for a special occasion. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and offered a nice variety, from pastries to seafood to carving stations. That said, for the price point, it would’ve been great to see something like endless mimosas or a complimentary drink option included. Still, a lovely experience overall with great service and a stunning view. Worth checking...
I had a wonderful experience at The Vermillion. The food was excellent, and the beef dip was among the best I’ve ever had. While the service was decent, it didn’t quite meet the expectations for a hotel of this class.
