Came last March 2024, since then craving a bison burger. THE BEST burger I have ever eaten!! Seriously. So good.
A local we met hiking recommended we try this place and we are glad we did! Excellent views from the bar overlooking the street, glass ceiling up top, super cute decor all make it great. The food though is on another level - beats brewed in house, fall off the bone ribs, excellent wood fired pizza, and the BEST waffle fries I’ve ever had in my life. The service was also a bonus and we really enjoyed the knowledgeable Irish waitress and all her recommendations.
Excellent service and great pizza.

Located on Bear Street in Banff, Three Bears Brewery & Restaurant offers delicious food, craft beers, and friendly service. Guests can enjoy the Ahi-Tuna Melt or the mixed greens salad, followed by the strawberry/vanilla swerve dessert. The second-floor seating area is lively and inviting, with a retractable roof and modern, boho decor that adds to the charm. The brewery is a great spot for a meal away from the busy Banff Ave, and visitors often recommend trying the Thai Green Curry and the in-house brewed beers. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, with a cool and unique infusion rotating tap. The food receives high praise, especially the flavorful pizza with tasty crust and the elk and kale pizza, which visitors enjoyed so much they visited twice during their stay. The food is often described as fantastic, with dishes like chiccarrones and bison ribs being favorites. The service is friendly, attentive, and helpful, making the experience even better. Overall, Three Bears is a top choice for families and visitors seeking good food, craft beers, and a lively environment.
