I ordered a vegetarian pizza - but after i ate a slice and picked up my second one there was ham on it. If you have allergies or if you are vegetarian like me please make sure to mention it to the staff. I did still pay in full for my meal (Just FYI) - i had heard that I should try the pizza here once but i was truly disappointed.

So delicious!! Must get the arancini they are perfect! The staff is super kind and attentive we have some weird severe allergies in our party and they went out of their way to check ingredients on everything. Deemed “best cheese pizza ever” by multiple of our crowd (Quattro Formaggi). We got one of each of their desserts - lemon merengue was super rich and tiramisu beignets were perfectly not too sweet and light.

And they played Harry Potter audiobooks in the bathroom so a pretty perfect dining experience.

Our family, all vegetarians, decided to try UNA pizza + Wine for dinner during our visit to Banff. We opted for the Margherita and Veggie Pizzas, both of which were exceptional. The absence of any nuts in the pesto sauce was a relief for my son, who has allergies, and the restaurant was accommodating in replacing it with a tomato-based sauce. The flavors of the pizzas were fantastic, with a unique hint of sweetness in the Veggie Pizza that made it stand out. It was more than enough to satisfy our family of four. Overall, we highly recommend this establishment for a delicious dining experience.

Delicious. I had the vegetarian pizza with vegan cheese. It was honestly the best pizza I have had since I stopped eating cheese 9 years ago.

Waiting 50min for a take-out pizza that was ready in 10. The waiter just didn't seem to care about calling us, why botter taking our name at all?

First of all, I love Una Pizza especially the ones Ive been to in Calgary. Today I brought mom who is visiting from overseas to some of the touristy spots in Banff. After a long day of exploring the mountains, I told her about this place where I often go for their 4 cheese pizza. We were seated inside (our preference) since we’ve been out the whole day under the sun. Nobody was inside except for us, nobody greeted us and I had to ask this lady who was polishing cutleries on the side of the door if we could order our meals (this is after 7mins of being sat, w/out water on our glasses). The lady seemed embarrassed and a male voice from the bar came and took our orders. He didn’t acknowledged nor simply apologized for the delay of service which would have made a huge difference. I gave the orders to him. The pizza came and its exactly how I expected it to be (really good, still my favourite), after sometime I noticed that the pasta I ordered took longer than usual, (i’m working in this industry aswell hence Im observing if there were big tables prior us that would delay the food/service, but nothing. There were few 2 tops and 4 tops outside whom already eating at that point. So i looked around and another lady came to check on us, she must have noticed that I needed something, I told her about the pasta and she did ask what was the pasta I ordered. I told her and she came back with an answer or perhaps an excuse that they run out of the pasta (staff had to grab downstairs)and that the bartender must have explained to me that this dish take a long time to get done. Anyways, the pasta came shortly. I just wished there was a much better communication within the team. I do hate when guests are fussy or demanding, I get it but I also do feel when the server are pretentious. Yes we may look like not from Canada but I have been in hospitality industry enough to know how guests should be treated because this is also how I make a living and and Im proud of it. I would still go to Una Pizza but I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND tourist to go this location because it might ruin the image of “true canadian hospitality” that definitely still exists in other places.

If you’re looking for a good pizza this is not the spot. Pizza dough tasted like it was frozen, topping saved it really. Caesar salad dressing was an apple cider vinaigrette which was very salty. Prices were good. Probably would skip this spot if I was a true pizza lover.

Very bad customer service. Extremely inflexible to even seating request. Family is allowed but babies sleeping in buggy is not. Take out boxes with hot pasta is given but not a paper bag to carry it. Extremely rude servers overall. Good food but overall everything is spoilt by the restaurant staff.
