Was once great coffee - not anymore unfortunately. Used to be my go to coffee shop in Banff. Now the staff just throw out pure drivel. It’s still very busy. Perhaps that why. Get drinks out as quick as possible regardless of quality.

Some interesting food items on the menu if you are prepared to (1) wait for it (2) pay the top dollar. I'm also not sure why all food has to be 'artisan' these days.

This is an overall really nice cafe with lots of indoor seating, spacious, quick and friendly service. However I would NOT recommend the matcha latte, it was very watery and did not taste like matcha at all.

We went here last weekend. The ambiance was great but the guy staff was not friendly. I asked him what’s their best hot chocolate flavor for kids. He replied “I don’t know because I am not a kid”. For me, it was rude but I just smiled. Is this the training that you have for your staff? I don’t recommend this place. There are lots of options in the town center that offer good service.
Was so obsessed with the sausage roll, we are trying to recreate it at home! Coffee was delicious as well.

I was there twice. On the first day it was decent, but on the second day it was a sad excuse for a drink. It was the worst London Fog I have ever had... it was all water and milk. How disappointing as London Fog is my favorite. Also, longest wait for drinks... they are very slow. Not worth the wait.
