Coffee was great. Food was good…. Sanitation??? Server was combing her hair behind the coffee machine…. Petting a customers dog going back to serve w/o hand washing😞

The coffee and espresso drinks were delicious! We also enjoyed the apple muffin, which was a hit.
I regular Wildflour Bakery as I work on Bear Street. Despite usually having to wait a little while in the morning rush, it is always worth it. The staff are friendly and personable, the coffee is fantastic, and the service is always quick despite the volume of customers. Shout out to Garry for being exceptionally friendly, and shout out to the salted double chocolate cookies for being the reason I’ll never take a diet.

Can’t make a iced mocha correctly. Most importantly, short haired blond is incredibly rude.

Quite possibly one of the best bakeries in the Canadian rockies. Great coffee & delicious baked goods. The croissants are superb. Even when busy, definitely worth a stop.
Chill at a sidewalk table a bit.

I like to drink my cappuccino from a cup( I strongly dislike those paper cups:)), so I asked for that. It came in a paper up anyway. Mistakes happen and I asked for a cup. But please, just pouring it in a cup and giving that to me is not a cappuccino, but milky coffee. So therefore the 3 stars, next time just make a new one. Thx. And question why standard in a paper cup and not standard in a cup?

Just off the main street, there is a whole new pedestrianized area. We grabbed coffee and pastries. Well worth an explore.
In Banff for a couple of days. Took some time to stroll through the mainstreet area of town. Lots of cute shops and restaurants.
The place was busy, and very hot. I mean super, uncomfortable HOT. My spouse had to wait outside before they overheated. There was a bit of a line, so it took some time to actually place my order.
Lots of yummy looking bakery items. They also were selling some packaged chocolate bars, which looked interesting, so I got a couple of those.
Looking for an unsweetened iced tea, and all they had was made up sweet teas. The suggestion was to get a tea, steep it, and pour it over ice. That was okay, but not as good (or cold) as what might have been cold steeped in a large container.
Not sure if this is a place that I would return to.
Lovely spot to sit and enjoy a coffee , cake or lunch

Great coffee probably best option in Banff. Options for parties good. Would recommend the French toast
Fantastic sandwiches and drinks. Nothing pretentious. You can tell this place is valued and patronaged by the community.
This cafe has the best pastries, yogurt, granola, and fruit compote, and bread of any place we've ever tried. And the coffees were delicious and well prepared as well. Don't miss this local favorite when visiting Banff!
Good vegan options - the vegan focaccia was my go to! The sandwich/ wrap was also good but a bit more expensive.
My family and my friend’s family visited this bakery last Saturday around lunchtime, and unfortunately, it completely ruined our day. While the food itself was good, the service was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout our visit.
I waited over 40 minutes for our order, which included both food and drinks. When I finally asked about it, they admitted they had forgotten our order — just ours. While I understand that mistakes happen, what shocked me was their attitude. There was no apology, just a cold, “Your order got missed. We will get your order soon.”
When the drinks finally arrived, they were wrong. My kid’s drink was dangerously hot, while my matcha was cold — likely mixed up. I didn’t say anything, trying to be patient. But then things got worse. We were told the bread we had ordered (which was clearly in the display case when we ordered) had been sold to someone else who came in after us. Again, no apology — just a dismissive, “(sigh) We can get you a different one.”
The entire experience was deeply frustrating and disappointing. I couldn’t help but wonder whether this treatment was given to everyone or if it was racially motivated, as we are Asian. Regardless, the staff’s lack of basic courtesy and respect was unacceptable.
This bakery turned what should have been a fun day in Banff into a sour memory. I WILL NEVER GO BACK, and I hope they seriously reconsider how they treat their customers.
