“I stopped here in 2018 for dinner in the middle of a long drive. Friendly service. I wanted a turkey+provolone sandwich, and neither of the workers on staff knew what provolone cheese was. I understand being out of stock, but neither of them had ever heard of provolone and looked at me a bit like I was crazy.

Anyway, I made do with Swiss or cheddar and have now had this anecdote on hand for 6 years or so. Cheers“
