I hit this drive through every day, over 5 years now, the ladies on the morning shift, awesome, know me, know my order, they are awesome. Tonight, young girl working drive through, absolutely rude and disrespectful, normally I don't leave reviews but this was extremely disappointing to be treated with such disrespect. Your morning crew gets the stars, tonight's girl in the window 0 stars!
I was served by Diane today, and she really made my day. I ordered a bacon and egg english muffin at 2 pm - not exactly breakfast time. There was an egg left over, but it looked old, so she asked them to make me a fresh one. She served me with kindness and a smile, on a day I really needed it. Just goes to show that good customer service goes way beyond the food and one can never tell how much a simple act of kindness means to the other person. The new manager has really turned things around there. Wait times are less, service is wayy better, and they are always stalked with all our favorites. They are very involved in the community and always donating swag for kids sports teams, rodeos and more. On top of the manager being very kind he also isn't bad on the eyes. Happy to support them now !
