She recommended a new twist on my old favorite, caramel drizzle on my vanilla bean frappacino. She even suggested drizzling caramel down the sides of the cup. “The person who took my order through the drive-thru was lovely. My drink did get messed up, as I think a shift change happened mid-drink making. When I went in to ask them to add the missing caramel the batista immediately apologies and remade it super fast. I appreciate how quick they were to correct the error. :)“
