And I must say the Taylor Plaza Starbucks specifically has the most amazing staff and customer service. If I could give you 10 stars I would. But you need to fix the drive thru window situation, the sun blasts the baristas in their face with the east AM sun, and then it reflects into the cars using the drive thru; from the reflection off the silver drive thru window frame and glass, blasting the customer in the face. I’m particularly sensitive to light however I’m sure other cars are getting the same thing. Maybe an overhang or wall of some sort.“

She recommended a new twist on my old favorite, caramel drizzle on my vanilla bean frappacino. She even suggested drizzling caramel down the sides of the cup.
