Best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Baritsa was enthusastic and engaging, greeted me with a huge smile. She recommended a new twist on my old favorite, caramel drizzle on my vanilla bean frappacino. She even suggested drizzling caramel down the sides of the cup. You could tell watching her make it that it was made with love.If you see this barista, you should be extremely proud of your people skills, thank you for making my day,. The caranel was fantadtic!

It's the burnt bean Café. What can I say. The coffee is a bit over roasted. The pastries come in a bag. The whole package is overpriced. But if you like it carry on. I prefer local.
