We had a nice experience visiting Shiso in Red Deer. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was decent overall, although nothing particularly stood out in terms of flavour. There is definitely some room for improvement when it comes to making the dishes more memorable. However, the service and overall dining experience were pleasant. Wishing the team all the best and hoping to see even better food and flavours on our next visit! 😊
