You can order that in so many restaurants, some more expensive and some less.But I defy you to find a fast-food restaurant where you are always greeted so enthusiastically coming AND GOING. The staff make me happy just to be there.We've NEVER had a mistake on an order. The burgers are consistently top-notch, the fries are absolutely wonderful WITHOUT ketchup, and the free peanuts are such a nice touch.The regular-sized portions are generous, and I often have a hard time finishing my meal.Really love these guys and gals!!Parking: LOTS of free parking. “This is by far the best Donair in town the lady that makes it makes it with care. Parking can sometimes be a problem during lunch hours do there only being about 10 spots this it but what it lacks in size it makes up for in taste I have been too many Donair shops and this may be the only one I have never had a bad Donair at. The prices are great they even have a lunch deal and a Donair Burger a must try“
“I was at this restaurant last night to meet up with some friends. Had a fantastic time. The waitress (Brook -1412) did an outstanding job. I could not ask for anything better. She took her time and made sure that everything was perfect. I had the Fish and Chips. I would not be able to eat 2 pieces of fish. Brook was able to get me 1/2 an order.The food was just as good as the service. I would definitely be back again. “Stopped in to order an appi and crème brûlée for bday. Hubby had duck wings which he said were great - tender and tasty. I had the red velvet strawberry brûlée and he had the vanilla. Both were lovely. Just the right size, velvety smooth and flavorful. Service was prompt and Emma was friendly and helpful.Their Thursday menu included a stuffed Yorkshire that looks delicious for a very good price.“

“First off they are open. Which is amazing at 11:00pm and I haven’t eaten all day! All I wanted was a spicy chicken sandwich and even though it was not on the menu, the lady was beyond willing to make one for me. The poutine was also amazing.But overall the service we received was far beyond what a normal fast food restaurant would have given anybody. It was genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had in a drive through. I’m not super sure who helped us, but whoever closed on Saturday March 16th at this location actually made my week. Would 100/100 recommend, great experience for my first time at carls!Thanks!“

“Popped in A&W to get a couple burgers, explained to the employee that I have Celiacs and he immediately started looking into the ingredients list to ensure there was no wheat in anything. He consulted with the cook to ensure he understood my condition and both organized a safe work area for making of my order. I have been to several restaurants and know what to order but these two made it a mission to ensure I was not compromised through cross contamination. I’ve never had this type of service and felt like these employees were looking out for me. Thank you so very much, the lettuce wrap burgers were excellent.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options with lettuce wrap burgers. Make sure to inform them that you cannot have gluten. They use the the deep fryers for a variety of food so French fries are not an option. ☹️“

“Came to have the golden chicken but it wasn't ready. We opted for the bbq chicken. The servings were quite big and the chicken was tasty. The service was excellent. The restaurant is cozy with about 5 or 6 tables and is very clean and inviting. Will certainly come back and try the golden chicken.“

“DO NOT RECOMMEND DQ DOWNTOWN went through the drive-thru ordered a milkshake. the guy making the shake took his time. standing by the machine chatting to the girls holding my shake. I told him that I would like that today and he can chat on his own time not mine. He get snarky with me. I over hear him say to the other girls that he should spit in my milkshake. Needless to say I was livid. I told him I heard what he said about spitting in my shake. He denied it but I know what I heard. I will not be going back to DQ and I demand that you fire that kid.
