“The food here is incredible! So tasty and great portion sizes. Wonderful customer service!“

“Me and my family went and got Dairy Queen More specifically we went for ice cream treats. When we went up to the window, we were handed our ice cream and the staff accidentally misheard us and gave us the wrong ice cream that we paid for. The ice cream that we wanted cost significantly less than the ice cream we got. After explaining the miscommunication and seeing how upset the person was about getting the wrong ice cream. The Dairy Queen staff member made it instantly right they let us keep our original ice cream that we paid for and also gave us the cheaper Item that the person wanted At no additional cost. It was just amazing getting Such good customer service. The staff was kind attentive and they overall created a positive experience that is going to make me want to continue coming to Dairy Queen. Overall, I’m just amazed and will be coming back because of this person’s amazing customer service“

“Stopped in for a quick bite on our way home from an appointment. Food was decent, service was quick and friendly. Parking lot leaves a lot to be desired like any of these Tim Horton's/Wendy's drive-throughs but overall good experience.“
