“I first went to sals in Morinville with a buddy for lunch and needless to say since I’ve been back a few times to both the Morinville and Edmonton locations. Both locations are run by husband and wife (both awesome people) super friendly and great service! I have been meaning to write a review for a bit and tonight’s service was amazing. A minor mistake on their part (I assume it was maybe someone in training who made the mistake) lead to the owner (wife) owning it and going above and beyond for me. I have not received customer service like that in years ! Too many company’s care about the all mighty dollar and not enough about the precious people who are spending their hard earned dollar at their establishments. I actually felt like I mattered to the owner ❤️ I live on the southside and when I have a hunger for a calzone I call sals and get the east coast with extra sweet sauce on the side and no onions. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t been yet!!! “I have worked with many local breweries and distilleries and am truly shocked it took me so long to come out to this place. They have a great selection of beer from all over Alberta and their pricing was very reasonable. Our server (Braeden) killed it and went above and beyond to ensure our large party felt comfortable. I visited there in the evening and the place was relatively busy with both dine in and take out customers.. i ordered the bacon cheese burger with all the fixings called "all the way" burger. And with Cajun fries and pop. The pop is free refill which is great as the place is definitely pricy. The food arrived a bit late so had to wait while enjoying the complementary salted shell peanuts. If you are allergic to peanuts ,this place might not be for you. The burger was delicious and fries were freshly made and spicy from the Cajun spice. I have the food 4 stars as the burger bun was too soft for it and it became a mess shortly after. Do not eat this burger on the go!! I have the service 4 stars just because of the wait time. I found it to be too long. The workers and specially the cashier who took my order was extremely nice friendly and knowledgeable. She deserves a 5 star on her own. Unfortunately the atmosphere lacks any warmth or personality... The place just has wooden chairs and table and that's all. There isn't any character to the place so expect to order eat and leave.I would be back for sure to have another burger but with the price they are charging, there are other places to experience as well.They also serve hotdogs.
