“This has been one of my favourite restaurants for a long time. Dinning in is always wonderful, but anytime I order delivery this is always my top choice. I already have them a great review on Google, but once again the management team never disappoints! From time to time people make mistakes, that’s life. But when the restaurant goes above and beyond to make it right is a fading thing it seems, but not with JOEY mayfield common!! Twice now the management team has corrected the mistakes and offered great compensation for so. Like one of my favourite things when I order is that they throw in a free brownie. They missed it this one time and I called and she corrected on my next order. Thank you sooo much, the brownies are to die for 😍… you definitely hooked me up on this order too. Made me giggle 🤭. Experiences like this is why I’ll always be a returning customer!! Wow you guys rock! Thank you!“

“We had an absolutely fantastic time at this spot. The entire meal was thoughtful and packed with bold flavors from start to finish. Everything we ordered was presented beautifully on the plate.

The roasted brussels sprouts were a particular highlight for our group. They were cooked perfectly and paired so well with the crumbled cheese and savory sauce. We also loved the rich, warm dessert topped with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream to finish off the evening. It is rare to find such high quality across every single dish. “My mom and I went for supper on Thursday after spending the entire day at the hospital with a family member. Our waitress was absolutely exceptional. We returned again on Friday and were lucky to have the same waitress—once again, she went above and beyond. She generously comped our mocktails and even gave us a $20 gift card in case we needed to come back again. During such a stressful and emotional time, her kindness and compassion meant more than she’ll ever know. Being rushed to the city for a hospitalized family member is overwhelming, and this level of thoughtfulness was truly unexpected and deeply appreciated.“

“Today, I wanted French Toast. But I didn't want to spend $40+ at a fancy buffet, so I decided to stop in to an Ol Skool Ma and Pa shop, Maria's Place. Last I stepped in was about 10+ years ago. I am happy to see that the place is busy than ever and the prices have stayed the same. I gave it a 5 star service,as being there was only 2 people working multiple different roles, she held it down and everyone got their food. I spent under $20 for a whole breakfast plate with refillable coffee. Super grateful that this place is still in business. Walked out with a great big smile and a full belly. ❤️“

“I had the brisket, burnt ends brisket, fried chicken thighs. Dill pickle, Cajun fries with dip and gravy. All the meats were fantastic. The gravy was not good - bland, no flavour. The fries were very tasty. For dessert- pecan pie, which I recommend. Price is on the higher side.“

“Anwer the manager at the restaurant runs a very tight ship, he went above and beyond to make sure every little aspect of our dinner was perfect. We enjoyed the quality of food and service so much we stayed for the Sunday breakfast brunch. There was an amazing selection and everything was seasoned and cooked phenomenally.
