Stopped in Edmonton for a long weekend and ended up at Woodwork on a Thursday evening, no regrets at all. The dining room has this cozy exposed-brick vibe that made the wait for a table feel worth it, and the bone marrow appetizer was easily one of the best things I ate on the whole trip. Duggy is an absolute gem. 💎 Unreal cocktails, impeccable hospitality, and somehow an endless supply of jokes that get progressively funnier with every visit. He made the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming.

Stopped by here last weekend after flying in from Calgary and the braised short rib was easily one of the better plates I've had this year. Our server knew the menu inside and out and steered us toward a wine pairing that actually worked. The dining room has this warm, low key energy that doesn't feel forced or overly trendy like a lot of newer spots. Street parking was easy to find around 7pm on a Saturday too, which honestly surprised me for downtown Edmonton.
