1st RND is a popular spot for Wing Wednesdays and happy hours. The Buffalo garlic parmesan wings are a highlight, as are the fries and house mayo. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the reviewer has experienced a decline in quality, with cold or off-tasting food on multiple occasions. Despite this, they are willing to give the restaurant one more chance. The restaurant serves great food, including a lovely cheeseburger poutine and cheese curd bites, and offers wonderful service.
