I've been going to 1st RND for years, my entire college career at this point, and I've always loved going for Wing Wednesdays and happy hours on my student budget so I could still get delicious food for cheap. I've loved the Buffalo garlic parmesan wings, which I've been attempting to recreate for years without success, and the fries and house mayo are literally to die for. Staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful, they are the highlight of this place.Unfortunately, quality has taken a dip the last three times I've come by 1st RND with my food being cold or tasting off in a way that makes them borderline inedible. I live quite far from any 1st RND location and it's incredibly disappointing to make the journey and get subpar food, but I've held my hope that the next time would be better since I know what it is usually like.I'm at the "three strikes and you're out" point of handing out chances but I'm willing to give it one last go before I permanently give up on 1st RND. I believe in you guys and I'd love to continue giving you business, so please don't read this with malintent, I would just like the food to be worth the trip. Thank you!

Male washroom faucets are not handicap accessible, they seem broken the water does not stay on unless you are actively holding the tap down. Great food and service

Only giving 1 star because there is no option to put nothing. Management is horrible!Ordered food, it was awful … complained and ordered something else in hopes that anything would be better. At the end I was charged for both meals. First one, 2 bites was takin out of it. Talked to management again because it was absolutely ridiculous.. but ended up paying $70 for cheeseburger and fries. Definitely lost me as a customer

Food was not what the price is for. Ordered Callimari , maybe had 5 pieces the rest was battered peppers. Spent over $100 left hungry but still left a tip. Order was taken wrong. Waitress forgot about us, had to get someone else for service. Not recommended.

I come here 2 times a month as i am next door. I noticed the the service is getting worse and the food it's getting worse as well. I ordered nachos and there was zero cheese on it what a joke! The portions are getting ridiculous as there getting very cheap . If your craving nachos this isn't the place go next door to canadian brewhouse.
Service was good, so we gave a generous tip. This was until we found out that the server auto grated our table and did not tell us. I don’t have a problem with auto grat because we were a large party, but at no point we were told about it. So a 38% tip is outrageous on any account. When we confronted the manager he pretty told much told us too bad.
