I tried to find a place where I can eat pho after a dreadful week and Saigon was the perfect place to be. I went there first thing they opened and apologized if I was early but they were able to serve me food as swift as possible and they were kind to also give the bean sprouts and other stuff you can put in your pho by request. The food is great and the service was awesome.Dietary restrictions: The pho is gluten free, and so the Sriracha sauce.
Very tasty Pho with incredible service paired lovely atmosphere. I am a regular here because I genuinely believe they serve the best pho in Edmonton. Please try it out for yourself or maybe with friends or family or a loved one.

This was my first time trying a Vietnamese restaurant. I was sick and my friend took me there to try noodles, and it was amazing. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Our server kindly taught me how to use chopsticks, and she was truly fantastic.
