This was my first time trying a Vietnamese restaurant. I was sick and my friend took me there to try noodles, and it was amazing. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Our server kindly taught me how to use chopsticks, and she was truly fantastic.
Absolutely loved eating here. First time - and the quality and quantity was exceptional. We will def come back.

I tried to find a place where I can eat pho after a dreadful week and Saigon was the perfect place to be. I went there first thing they opened and apologized if I was early but they were able to serve me food as swift as possible and they were kind to also give the bean sprouts and other stuff you can put in your pho by request. The food is great and the service was awesome.Dietary restrictions: The pho is gluten free, and so the Sriracha sauce.

The soup dishes are very flavourful and the vermicelli is delicious - meats are not overcooked and have lots of flavour. One of the better vietnamese spots in Edmonton!
